For hosted services such as web sites and email, Inveress guarantees a minimum monthly uptime of 99.9%, which equates to 43.2 minutes of downtime in a 30 day month. For any month in which this minimum is not provided, that month’s hosting will be free of charge, and you will automatically receive a credit on your account for the appropriate amount.
At a minimum, all hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in cases of failure. For some items, such as computers, an additional on-site repair warranty may also be included by the manufacturer. Accidental damage is generally not covered by manufacturer warranty. Any items not under warranty can be serviced or replaced by Inveress at your cost.
As there is the possibility of correct and stable software installations being adversely affected by programs installed on your computer at a later date, software installations performed by us are only warranted for 30 days. However, it is highly likely that any installation faults will be spotted within this time, assuming that the software is being used on at least a semi-regular basis.
To state our general terms of warranty: if we ever do something incorrectly or below a good standard of competency, we will attempt to fix it to the best of our ability at no cost to you. Our intent is that all of our customers should be happy with our service, and if there is anything preventing this from being the case, we will always try our best to resolve the issue.
