Development, design and support services are available at an on-demand rate of $80 per hour (in half-hour blocks or part thereof; no GST payable).
Corporate work is usually charged at $100 per hour to cover the additional communication, reporting and travel generally required during the course of the work, which is not billed separately.
There is no charge for pre-sales meetings (ie, meetings held to determine your requirements and whether Inveress can help) but production meetings are charged at the normal rate.
Projects such as web site developments are often quoted at a fixed price rather than an hourly rate in order to provide the most reliable upfront cost information.
All on-site work is subject to a flat call-out fee of $40 unless covered by a support contract.
Inveress provides quality web site and email hosting at budget-friendly prices, and if your web site is hosted with us you’ll get a discount on the first hour of site maintenance or development each month. This discount will depend on which hosting plan you’re on. Aside from an increased discount, a higher level hosting plan also entitles you to higher priority support and, often, better placement in our web work queue (though there are other factors involved in our work prioritisation). Prices for hosting are as follows:

Development clients can take advantage of our WordPress update maintenance service for only $10/month (annual subscription). Your site is checked weekly and updated as appropriate, taking care to avoid version incompatibility issues. For clients with a site that was developed externally, the cost is $20/month.
All domain names can be registered or renewed for $10/year.
Sites requiring secure connections for e-commerce or other purposes will need a unique IP address and an SSL certificate at $100/year.
Invoices totalling $300 or less will have a due date 14 days after the invoice date, while invoices totalling More than $300 will have a due date 30 days after the invoice date. Part-payments can be made at any time, and any money paid in advance will be credited towards your next invoice. Planned projects such as web site developments will be subject to a deposit of approximately 25% upon acceptance of the quote. Large development projects will be subject to milestone payments.
